• Project Management: Oversee and manage content projects from inception to completion, ensuring all phases are executed smoothly.
• Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining transparent and timely communication to understand and address their needs.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team, assigning tasks, managing workloads, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Timeline Adherence: Develop project timelines, track progress, and ensure the team meets all deadlines for deliverables, even under tight schedules.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet client expectations and internal standards.

• Proven experience (4+ years) in content project management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment
• Exceptional client communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and provide regular updates
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding and motivating teams
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet stiff timelines without compromising quality
• Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital content production
• Must have all relevant employment documents such as offer/appointment letter, payslip/bank statement, and release/experience letter.

Bachelor s degree in English literature, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field (please ignore pursuing/drop out/12thor 10th pass)
