Job Description
Senior Instructional Designer
Job Type: Contractual (9 months)
Work From Home
Key Responsibilities:
- Design High-Level Design Documents (HLD), storyboards, and visual concepts.
- Create scripts and instructional design documents for various content formats.
- Develop e-learning solutions including interactive elements for diverse learning platforms.
- Collaborate with SMEs and international clients to deliver high-quality instructional materials.
- Proficiently design Instructor-Led Trainings (ILT) and Web-Based Trainings (WBT) aligned with client specifications.
- Ensure alignment with e-learning standards and best practices for global audiences.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in a relevant field.
- At least 8 years of experience.
- Ability to develop effective ILTs and WBTs storyboards.
- Strong understanding of e-learning development.
