Solution Architect - AWS/Azure/GCP (6-8 yrs)

Role Responsibilities :

- Design and develop comprehensive technical solutions for clients based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.

- Lead the integration of complex systems and applications, ensuring seamless interoperability.

- Evaluate existing systems, processes, and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Manage the solution delivery process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct code reviews and technical assessments of proposed solutions and architectures.

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices in solution architecture.

- Facilitate technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.

- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

- Support and troubleshoot issues related to deployed solutions post-launch.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in technical solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and understanding.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in a technology-driven environment.

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

- Experience with software development methodologies, particularly Agile.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Proficient in technical documentation and effective communication.

- Hands-on experience in systems integration and software architecture.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.

- Familiarity with data analysis and management tools.

- Certifications in relevant areas (e., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are preferred.

- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new technologies quickly.

- Experience in leading technical workshops and client presentations.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

- Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.
