Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Area Sales Manager/BDE B2C to lead field sales operations and drive customer acquisition for NoBrokers property solutions. You will manage a team, engage with direct buyers/sellers, and ensure a seamless experience from lead to closure.


Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2C field sales for residential properties, including primary and resale.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Field Sales Executives, ensuring productivity and sales target achievement.
  • Handle walk-ins and scheduled client site visits, pitch relevant properties, and ensure successful conversions.
  • Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and end-to-end sales support.
  • Coordinate with internal CRM, marketing, and operations teams for lead nurturing and deal closure.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategy.
  • Ensure timely reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2C real estate sales or direct consumer sales (real estate, insurance, fintech, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client meetings/site visits.
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
