Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and presentation drawings for residential projects.
  
• Design architecture solutions for high-rise buildings, villas, and other residential properties.
  
• Develop design concepts, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD software.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 9-14 years of experience in architectural design or related field (B.Arch degree mandatory).
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software; knowledge of Revit an added advantage.
  
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations applicable to India.
  
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
