We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Program Manager to join our Strategic team at OYO. This role is pivotal in driving cross-functional programs that support fund raising initiatives, select M&A, including IPO preparedness, public policy, enhance OYO's reputation, manage stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals and effective execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Program Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives related to fundraising, investor relations, public affairs, and IPO readiness, ensuring timely and effective execution.
2. Stakeholder Communication: Develop and manage communication strategies for shareholders, investors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring transparency and alignment with corporate objectives.
3. Reputation Management: Monitor and manage OYO's brand reputation across various channels, implementing proactive measures to address potential issues and enhance public perception.
4.Policy Analysis and Advocacy: Stay abreast of public policies affecting the hospitality industry, providing insights and recommendations to leadership, and engaging in advocacy efforts as needed.Scribd+1PRmoment.in+1
5.Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders to align communication programs with strategic business objectives, leveraging their expertise in corporate communications and strategic alliances.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background: Require someone who is astute in financial side. This is 70-80% a financial aspects, fund raising role and 30% a public policy and communication role.
The only part candidate will play in these areas is to set up structures and process and measure effectiveness. He will mostly be closely involved in fund raise, investor inputs, occasional M&A
2. Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in program management, corporate communications, or investor relations, preferably within the hospitality or technology sectors.
Skills:
1. Strong project management and organizational skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and crisis communication.
4. Ability to analyze public policies and their impact on business operations.
5. Experience with IPO processes and regulatory requirements is a plus.
