Receptionist

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hospital management software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Professional appearance and attitude

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a positive attitude
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members
Schedule and confirm appointments
Maintain patient records and manage office supplies
Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable
