Designation: Business Development Manager

JD: Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development to join our dynamic team of development company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Generate the lead through different portal for growing our team related Web and mobile application technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as designers and project managers, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. You will play a key role in the development of new features and functionality and in the maintenance and optimization of existing systems.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarize yourself with all the services offered by our company (Like mobile, web, E-commerce).

- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

- Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.

- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

- Understanding the project requirement & making client relations.

- Getting business through different channels (Upwork, Guru, Freelancer) Email Marketing etc.

Requirements:

- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.

- Extensive IT sales experience.

- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
