Candidates Qualification:

  • Graduation Degree: Any Graduate
  • Proficiency in MS Office: MS word, MS excel
  • Business English Proficiency

Responsible for end to end:

  • Facilitate team results
  • Opportunities identified for other groups (Passed through SFA)
  • Follow up in new accounts.
  • Account Profiling /Mapping in SFA for the team.
  • Sending quotes on behalf of IT sales team
  • Coordinating with OEM's and works on their portal to fill data or opportunities.
  • Customer/GH/Management escalations and feedback.
  • Payment reminders to customer for own business.
  • Arranging latest pricelist from distributors/local market/COS.
  • Coordinating with logistics for shipment/order status.
  • Filling OPF (Order Processing Forms) on behalf of IT sales team.
  • Follow-up with installation team.
  • Acknowledging to customers for all order received and update on shipment status.
  • Day scheduling for team members.
  • Keep a track of all pending OPFs (Order Processing forms) /escalations.
  • Maintaining ISO related records or training details.

Job Summary: As a Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of projects and activities within the organization. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with department leaders, planning project management, analyzing financial data, supporting project coordination and management, communicating with stakeholders, and handling billing operations. Your expertise will contribute to the successful implementation of projects, and you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of defined activities across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination and Management:

  • Provide support for the coordination and management of projects.
  • Contribute to the planning and development of projects to ensure successful outcomes.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project needs, goals, and progress.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about project timelines and milestones.

Billing Operations:

  • Handle billing operations for different teams and projects.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing, working in collaboration with the finance department.

Financial Reporting:

  • Create and present Profit and Loss (P&L) reports on decided cycles.
  • Contribute to financial decision-making by providing insights into project financials.

Collections and Data Regularization:

  • Facilitate the team in outstanding collections.
  • data regularization in system .
