Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from drafting job descriptions to sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with the management, and closing open mandates within defined timelines, and preparing and releasing offer letters to selected candidates.
• Handle post-offer documentation, verification, and induction to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
• Monitor and track new joiners performance during the probation period and facilitate timely probation reviews.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of team members by assessing their overall contribution, identifying areas of improvement, and understanding their impact on organizational goals.
• Coordinate with sales managers for updates related to sales operations including follow-ups on target sheet submissions, annual/quarterly presentations, and other required inputs
• Maintain and update detailed MIS reports capturing sales performance data, targets, achievements, and other relevant metrics for review and analysis

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience and strong working knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Proactive, solution-oriented with strong coordination and interpersonal skills
