Training Manager (Human Resources):

Developing and delivering training programs tailored for executives and senior leaders, enhancing their skills and knowledge to meet organizational goals. Designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, often collaborating with various departments and subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying training gaps and areas for improvement through surveys, interviews, and performance data.

- Designing and developing effective training programs, including creating training materials, presentations, and online resources.

- Facilitating training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and online, using various instructional methods.

- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments to improve outcomes.

- Working with department heads and subject matter experts to tailor training plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Managing training budgets and resources effectively.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA in Human Resources from a B Schools with Extensive Experience of 3-5 years in HR Training Function within a Manufacturing Industry.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver training and collaborate with various stakeholders.

3. Knowledge of various training methodologies and the ability to create engaging and effective learning materials.

4. Ability to analyse training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.

5. Ability to plan, organize, and execute training programs within deadlines and budgets.

6. Familiarity with LMS platforms and other training technologies.
