Role Description

- This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Mumbai.

- The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing performance management and learning development programs.

- Daily tasks include initialising review mechanisms, analysis of performance data and develop training and learning programs for specific staff identified with procedures to promote a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution skills prior experience of 4-5 years atleast in learning management systems and performance management tools.

- Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus.
