PCI India - Manager - Knowledge Management & Innovations (3-6 yrs)

Qualification Required:

- MBA in Agribusiness, masters in social sciences, Development Studies, public policy, social policy, economics, and related fields from reputed colleges. Preferred Candidates from IIM, ISB, IIT, IIFM, IRMA, JNU, TISS, AMU, Jamia Millia, DU, University of Hyderabad, Azim Premji University etc.

Experience Required:

- Experience of 2-3 years in consulting or International NGOs (INGOs) in Knowledge Management and innovations around Women Economic Empowerment and livelihood promotion interventions with rural communities particularly supporting large scale Government interventions at national or state level.

Skill and Competencies:

- Experience in strategic documentation for the organizational leadership, which must be easily digestible, unambiguous, engaging, informative, and convincing

- Strong communication skills including academic writing, Proposal writing, Concept Notes, Donar reporting and partnership skills. Preference will be given to candidates comfortable with writing in Hindi and English

- Ability to communicate in Hindi and local language

- Should be proficient in Advanced MS-office specially Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc and other digital tools and aides.

- Willingness to travel to project areas, including remote rural locations including relocation as per the project needs and requirements.
