Outbound Sales Manager

As the Outbound Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and
management of strategic outbound accounts to drive business growth and expansion. You
will lead a team of Outbound Sales Consultants and collaborate cross-functionally to
identify, negotiate, and execute sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and
deliver value for all stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
â Provide leadership and direction to the Outbound Sales team, including setting goals,
monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. â
Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy that supports the
company's growth objectives and strengthens its competitive position in the market. â
Lead negotiations with potential merchants and partners to secure favorable terms and
agreements that align with company goals and objectives.
â Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Finance, to
align outbound sales initiatives with overall business objectives and priorities. â Develop and
implement metrics and KPIs to track the performance and impact of outbound sales
initiatives, and regularly report progress to senior leadership. â Continuously evaluate and
optimize outbound sales processes and practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and
overall success.
Mandatory Qualifications
â 5-7 years of experience in sales management, business development, or related roles,
with a track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and executing strategies. â 2-3
years of experience in team management.
â Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a
team to achieve goals and deliver results.
â A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
â Knowledge of relevant industries, markets, and trends, with a strong understanding of
outbound sales and best practices.
â Ability to work independently with minimal direction or supervision.
