Responsibilities:

- Ideate and execute viral marketing campaigns that blend influencer collaborations with high-impact performance marketing.

- Lead a team of Brand & Influencer Marketing executives, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive campaign success.

- Stay on top of trends, cultural moments, and emerging content formats to craft fresh and relevant campaigns.

- Lead influencer partnerships across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms, spotting the right creators before they go mainstream.

- Develop scroll-stopping content ideas that drive engagement, shares, and conversations.

- Analyze whats working (and whats not) to optimise campaigns in real-time for maximum impact.

- Collaborate with internal teams to push creative boundaries while keeping the brand voice consistent.

Key Requirements:

- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and mentoring a team of influencer marketing professionals.

- Extensive network of influencer contacts and relationships across various social media platforms.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.

- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
