Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketplace strategies to drive growth across key platforms
- Manage end-to-end account activities, including product listings, promotions, pricing strategies, and overall marketplace performance.
- Collaborate with marketplace partners to negotiate Joint Business Plans (JBP) and drive mutual growth.
- Lead advertising campaigns across platforms, optimizing keywords, bids, and budgets to maximize ROI.
- Monitor marketplace performance using relevant KPIs, and prepare regular reports on sales, traffic, and ad spend.
- Conduct detailed keyword research to enhance product listings and improve search visibility.
- Manage purchase orders (POs), inventory levels, and delivery schedules, ensuring seamless supply chain coordination.
- Identify new marketplace opportunities through thorough research and initiate onboarding for growth.
- Propose and implement new strategies to increase sales, customer acquisition, and brand visibility across platforms.
- Drive new ideas and processes to improve the performance of campaigns, including account structure, bidding, ad copy, and keyword development.
- Ensure all marketplace content complies with platform-specific guidelines.
The Ideal Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce account management with a focus on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Strong expertise in JBP negotiations and ads management.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret marketplace reports and optimize performance.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end account activities, including inventory, promotions, and campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
