Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan production activities according to customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Handle manpower effectively, allocating tasks efficiently on the shop floor.
- Implement rejection control measures to minimize defects and optimize product quality.
- Develop daily production plans, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot issues related to molding processes and implement corrective actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in mould design & development, preferably in PVC industry.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) or PGDPPT
- Strong skills in Daily Production Planning, Manpower Handling, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Shift Planning, Shop Floor Control, Troubleshooting.
