Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Frontend Architect located in Bengaluru.

Looking for 7+ years of experience in Frontend Architect and will be responsible for designing and developing front-end solutions for web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience (UX).

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with software development teams, developing style sheets (CSS), and participating in code reviews and testing.

Skills and Experience Required :

Strong technical frontend expertise :

- Deep knowledge of frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.

- Experience with micro frontends or scalable component libraries.

Architecture and systems design :

- Understanding of performance optimization (TTFB, lazy loading, etc.)

- Experience with access control, multi-tenant design, feature flags.

Security and scalability mindset :

- Awareness of frontend attack vectors (XSS, CSRF).

- Experience designing secure SaaS UIs.

Collaboration & leadership :

- Cross-functional collaboration (Product, UX, Backend).

- Team leadership, code reviews, mentorship.

Operational excellence :

- Familiarity with CI/CD, testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress), code quality tools.

- Experience ensuring robust rollout and monitoring.
