Role Description

This is a contract to hire on-site role for a Software Delivery Manager located in Bengaluru. The Software Delivery Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of software projects, manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of software solutions. Responsibilities include managing program schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication to meet project and business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and Consulting experience

- Proficiency in Program Management and Team Management

- Excellent Communication skills

- Experience in software delivery management and agile methodologies

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru(contract to hire)

- Manage a software delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.

- Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.

- Responsible for development of progress reports to the customer.

- Conduct technical review of application designs and works with the application areas to ensure that project requirements are met, providing technical guidance and direction in all phases.

- Align priorities based on overall strategy and roadmap, balance strategic and operational topics,

- Ability to work independently in matrixed environment; self-motivated

- Demonstrated multi-tasking ability; proven ability to deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget, required

- Experience with tools like Trello, Kanban boards, Jira would be an added advantage

- 10+ years of experience

- Ready to work in start ups.
