Lawyer - Banking & Finance (5-10 yrs)

Role :

- Responsible for negotiation and documentation of term loans / working capital facilities.

- Responsible for negotiation and documentation of fund raising efforts through debt and equity, convertible/ non-convertible debentures, term borrowings, working capital.

- Responsible for providing legal advice in structuring various transactions.

- Coordinate with the securitization team and ensure that all legal requirements are met.

- Liasoning independently with law firms / investors / internal stake holders

- Monitoring legal risk

Qualification :

- LLB with 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in Banking & Finance field

- Excellent communication skills
