Job Description
Candidates having Law Graduation (LLB/BL/ML) from accredited|Permier Instituion
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate should have excellent research, drafting and communication skills in English.
- Preferred conversant in any one of the regional language/s in Hindi | Telugu | Marathi |Kannada who can Speak, Read & Write
- Candidate must be capable of conducting thorough research
- Drafting Legal Opinions based on precedents based upon a variety of legal sectors including Cross-border Transaction, FDI/FEMA/RBI Regulations/Banking regulations, LAND M&A, Taxation and General Employment Law and other general Corporate Advisory.
Desired profile :
- Prefer candidates with prior work experience with law firms or providing general corporate advisory services
- Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, be well organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent contract drafting skills and general knowledge of corporate laws.
