About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead PERM hiring for GCC vertical. If you're a strong leader with hands-on experience in managing large-scale recruitment operations and driving strategic hiring for clients in the BFSI, Consulting, and Tech domains, this is your chance to make a significant impact.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead Recruitment Delivery: Own PERM hiring across high value mandates for GCCs and Consulting companies, ensuring fast, high-quality delivery for senior-level and niche roles.
- Drive Team Performance: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of senior recruiters - set clear goals, track KPIs, and optimize processes to meet deadlines and client needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met while delivering results on time.
- Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for GCC sectors - enhancing sourcing, improving candidate experience, and optimizing hiring pipelines.
- Monitor & Optimize: Track delivery performance, streamline recruitment processes, and improve time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the business development team to acquire new clients and expand our footprint in the industry.
Candidate Requirement
- 8 to 12 years of experience in PERM recruitment, with expertise in managing GCC and BFSI hiring.
- Proven track record of managing recruitment teams, optimizing hiring processes, and delivering client satisfaction in high-growth environments.
- In-depth understanding of Tech roles in the GCC space.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align client needs with strategic recruitment execution.
