🌟 Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic IT leader to join us as AGM – IT (SAP & Application Support). This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing SAP S/4HANA and custom applications across a multi-plant manufacturing ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will blend hands-on SAP knowledge—especially in Production Planning (PP)—with strategic IT vision to enable seamless system performance, business integration, and digital transformation.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA and enterprise applications across manufacturing sites
• Manage SAP operations: implementation, development, testing & support
• Ensure flawless performance of SAP PP and integration with other modules
• Handle incidents, enhancements, and ensure minimal business disruptions
• Partner with Plant, Finance, and Functional Heads on IT enablement projects
• Liaise with SAP vendors,system integrators, and MSPs for project delivery
• Drive IT innovation, system efficiency, and cost optimization
• Mentor and guide a capable application support team

✅ Must-Have Skills

✔️ Hands-on expertise in SAP PP; exposure to MM, SD, QM, FICO
✔️ Experience in large-scale manufacturing setups
✔️ Proven leadership in SAP rollouts, upgrades, and integrations
