Reliance Infrastructure - Oracle Apps/Finance Techno-Functional Consultant (5-10 yrs)

Role : Oracle Apps Finance Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Apps Finance Techno-Functional Consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial modules. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, etc.), along with hands-on expertise in RICEW development and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Financials.

- Configure and support Oracle EBS Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).

- Design and develop RICEW components - including custom reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows.

- Perform functional setups and technical configurations based on business requirements.

- Develop and troubleshoot PL/SQL procedures, Oracle Forms/Reports, XML Publisher reports.

- Analyze and resolve system issues, including performance tuning and bug fixes.

- Support month-end/year-end financial closing processes and reporting.

- Assist in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.

- Provide end-user training and support.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 10 years of Oracle EBS techno-functional experience, with a primary focus on Finance modules.

- In-depth knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).

- Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and XML Publisher.

- Experience with RICEW objects and functional setups in financial modules.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline.

- Oracle Financials certification is a plus.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion/Cloud Financials is an added advantage.

- Understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes.
