Reliance Infrastructure - Oracle Apps/SCM Techno-Functional Consultant (4-12 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic Oracle Apps SCM Techno-Functional Consultant with 4 to 12 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will have a balanced mix of functional expertise and technical skills across core SCM modules like Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, BOM, WIP, and ASCP.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements related to supply chain processes.

- Configure and support Oracle SCM modules : Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Bills of Material (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), and ASCP.

- Design and develop RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) as per business requirements.

- Perform functional setups and customizations within Oracle EBS SCM modules.

- Develop and debug PL/SQL programs, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher reports.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SCM-related issues and enhancements.

- Support data migration and system integrations with external systems or legacy platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Document functional specifications, test scripts, and end-user training materials.

Required Skills :

- 4 - 12 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules.

- Strong knowledge of PO, OM, INV, BOM, WIP, and ASCP; knowledge of iProcurement or Shipping Execution is a plus.

- Technical proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Workflow Builder, and XML Publisher.

- Experience in developing and maintaining RICEW components.

- Ability to analyze functional processes and convert them into technical specifications.

- Experience in full life-cycle Oracle EBS implementations or significant support/upgrade projects.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.

- Oracle SCM certifications or training is a plus.

- Exposure to Oracle Cloud SCM or Fusion SCM modules is an added advantage.

- Experience with performance tuning, data conversion, or third-party integration tools (like SOA or OIC) is beneficial.
