Deputy Manager - HR Operations | RSPL Group | Gurugram

Job Purpose:

As an HR Operations Specialist, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in managing employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering an engaging workplace culture. His/her expertise will support onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, grievance handling, employee engagement, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities for new hires, creating a seamless transition.
• Conduct engaging induction and orientation programs to integrate employees into the organization.
• Oversee HR documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy in employee records.
• Manage attendance and leave records with precision to support operational efficiency for 1500+ employees.
• Act as a point of contact for grievance handling, promoting a healthy and transparent work environment.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS to assist leadership in data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline HR initiatives and improve processes. Develop and execute innovative employee engagement programs that enhance workplace morale.
• Manage offboarding and exit formalities with professionalism and care.
• Maintain and update employee databases for accurate and efficient record-keeping.
