Pre-Sales / Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales for residential and commercial projects through channel partners and direct clients.
  
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and site visits to deal closure.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and investors.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize positioning and pricing strategies.
  
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS.
  

Pre-Sales Manager:

• Handle incoming inquiries from online/offline sources and qualify leads.
  
• Engage prospects via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels to fix site visits.
  
• Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  
• Maintain accurate lead and communication records in CRM tools.
  
• Support sales managers in documentation, presentations, and client coordination.
  
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize lead flow and conversion.
