Job Title: Academic Counselor

Location: Bangalore

Working Days: 6 days a week

Salary: - 35,000 in-hand (CTC up to - 40,000)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Academic Counselor to join our team at a leading EdTech company in Bangalore. The role involves assisting students in identifying the right courses, providing guidance, and ensuring smooth enrollments into our programs.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective students to understand their educational goals and suggest appropriate courses.

- Provide detailed information about programs and resolve any queries.

- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful enrollments.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and ensure enrollment targets are achieved.

- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a seamless counseling experience.

Requirements:

- A graduate in any discipline.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in sales or academic counseling (preferably in EdTech) is advantageous.

- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach to work.
