Cluster Manager - Agriculture Business

Key Responsibilities:

Multi-District Management

• Oversee operations across assigned cluster of districts
• Coordinate activities between districts for uniform implementation
• Monitor cluster-wide performance metrics and strategic planning

Government Relations

• Maintain relationships with District Collectors and District Magistrates
• Coordinate with government officers across agriculture, revenue, and rural development departments
• Facilitate approvals and represent organizational interests in district meetings

Team Management

• Supervise and guide District Coordinators
• Monitor team performance and conduct training programs
• Allocate resources and provide operational support

Target Evaluation

• Set and review performance targets for district teams
• Analyze achievement rates and implement corrective measures
• Prepare cluster-level performance reports

Ground Truthing (Supervisory Role)

• Conduct field visits to verify data accuracy and implementation quality
• Validate district-level reports through on-ground verification
• Ensure compliance with operational standards

Crop Cutting Experiments (Supervisory Role)

• Oversee crop cutting experiment planning and execution
• Monitor farmer enrollment processes for experiments
• Ensure data quality and timely submission of results

Banking Relationships

• Coordinate with district banks for loanee farmer enrollment
• Facilitate banking partnerships and farmer credit linkages
• Monitor loan disbursement and repayment processes
