District Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

1. District Operations Management

• Execute cluster-wide strategies at district level
• Implement policies and initiatives as directed by Cluster Head
• Manage day-to-day operations within assigned district
• Report progress and challenges to Cluster Head regularly

2. Government Relations (District Level)

• Build and maintain relationships with District Agriculture Office officials
• Coordinate with Block Development Officers and Block Agriculture Officers
• Facilitate district-level approvals and compliance requirements
• Attend block and district-level government meetings

3. Marketing Activities

• Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities within the district
• Organize farmer awareness programs and product demonstrations
• Coordinate with local media and community leaders for outreach
• Implement brand building and market penetration strategies

4. Crop Cutting Experiments and Enrollment

• Plan and execute crop cutting experiments in assigned areas
• Identify and enroll eligible farmers for experiments
• Coordinate with technical teams for data collection
• Ensure timely submission of experiment results and reports

5. Ground Truthing

• Conduct field visits to verify data accuracy and program implementation
• Validate farmer enrollment and participation records
• Monitor quality of activities and services delivered
• Document findings and recommend improvements

6. Banking Coordination

• Work with district banks to facilitate loanee farmer enrollment
• Assist farmers in loan application processes
• Maintain records of banking partnerships and loan disbursements

7. Target Achievement

• Work towards achieving district-level targets as set by Cluster Head
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions
• Prepare regular progress reports and data submissions
