1. Role Overview

Learnet is hiring a Video Content Creator to produce high-impact visual content for social media and marketing. Ideal for someone passionate about storytelling and education.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end video productionfrom editing short-form social content to longer tutorial or testimonial videos.

• Integrate motion graphics, captions, SFX, and voice-overs to drive engagement.

• Ensure brand consistency across visual assets.

• Collaborate with communication, institutes, and product teams on concept development.

• Optimize video formats for each platform, manage assets, and meet delivery deadlines.

3. Core Skills & Expertise

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop; bonus for DaVinci Resolve/Illustrator.

• Strong visual storytelling, color grading, sound design, motion graphics.

• Excellent attention to pacing, narrative flow, and visual aesthetics.

• Organized workflow, asset management, and ability to work to deadlines.

• Agile collaboration in cross-functional teams.

4. Experience & Education

• 24 years of experience in video editing/productionpreferably in TVET or education.

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Design, or equivalent.

5. Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Portfolio including educational content—tutorials, animated explainers, or student stories.
