Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.

- Create clean, maintainable, and efficient code that meets client requirements and timelines.

- Architect and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

- Work with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL to ensure efficient data management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, designers, and product managers.

- Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot, and debug applications.

- Stay up-to-date with best practices in programming, web security, and performance optimization.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of development and deployment processes.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in building and delivering web applications.

- Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, API design, and application architecture.

- Solid experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Deep understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, algorithms, web services, and SQL.

- Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Express.js, Node.js, AngularJS, or ReactJS.

- Proficiency in version control tools such as Git or SVN.

- Strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Ability to empathize with client needs and craft tailored technical solutions.

- Bonus: Knowledge of Golang is a big plus!
