Business Analyst

We need a strong business analyst who can work independently and manage a small team of people. They need to have a background working in financial domain, and ideally a background in data management.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams of Business Analysts/ Data Analysts.
• Experience of working as a Business Analyst for a product.
• Experience in leading the solution designing and discussions.
• Experience with SQL, analysing large data sets, API's.
• Experience in understanding ETL workflows and coming up with BRD's and FRDs

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 to 5 years of experience working as a business analyst within the Financial Sector (ideally into Banking)
• Understanding of risk, finance and banking processes.
• Ability to understand business processes, analyze as-is processes, develop new to-be processes in order to drive operational efficiency. Read and interpret data models, ETL processes, strong Data Analysis is a must
• Strong relationship management skills, consultative skills and client-facing experience.
• Work independently on small to large and complex projects without the need for supervision.
• Provide honest assessment to stakeholders of the expected delivery date of the problem resolution to ensure consistency with their expectations.
