Role & responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact in the designated zones for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Investigate and resolve workplace complaints, misconduct, and disciplinary matters fairly and promptly.
• Promote a positive working environment through proactive engagement strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues and best practices.
• Drive and enhance branch employee engagement.
• Communicating HR policies, procedures, and expectations to employees and management.
• Fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement and well-being.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of experience in banking
• Proven experience in Employee Relations/ HR Business Partnering
• Travel is mandatory between branches.
