Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source top talent through various channels such as headhunting, bulk hiring, campus hiring, sales hiring, and social media platforms.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment for open positions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Negotiate salary packages and other benefits with selected candidates.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to improve sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their fit for open positions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (head hunting, sales hiring).
• Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in using technology-based tools for sourcing candidates (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter,Naukri Etc ).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
