Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Payroll and Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. HR Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees . The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs and sourcing candidates to interviewing and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while managing end-to-end recruitment activities to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll and Compliance Responsibilities:

• Process and administer payroll for all employees in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate payroll records, employee data, timesheets, and leave balances.
  
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, PF, ESI and reporting requirements.
  
• Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure proper documentation for audits and financial reporting.
  

Recruitment Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing methods.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies to attract qualified candidates
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
  
• Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate communications.
  
• Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 3+ years of experience in HR/ payroll processing / recruitment.
  
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems .
  
• Familiarity with labor laws, payroll tax regulations, and recruitment best practices.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  

Preferred Skills:

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in recruiting for multiple industries (e.g., manufacturing, FMCG, retail, logistics).
