Scrum Master

• In this role, youll play a pivotal role in guiding our development teams through the SAFe Agile framework, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful project delivery

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams on best practices, ceremonies, and tools.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment that embraces continuous improvement.
• Remove roadblocks and impediments for Agile teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, manage burndown charts, and report on key metrics.
• Liaise with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment and communication.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in SAFe Agile practices and methodologies.

• 6+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in implementing SAFe Agile frameworks in large-scale environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum methodology, and Kanban practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex team dynamics.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Passion for Agile methodologies and a desire to help teams achieve their full potential.
