Urgent Requirement for Junior Sales Officer- Paint Industry.
Experience require for industry- Lubricants Sales, Paint Sales, Battery Sales, Pipe Sales, Tyre Sales, Hardware Sales.
Location- 1 opening- Bankura , 1 opening- Nadia
Key Responsibilities:-
• Sales Execution:
- Actively identify, target, and convert potential customers to achieve and exceed sales targets. o Promote and sell paint products, through direct customer interactions.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain technical specifications and benefits effectively.
- Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain accurate and timely records
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales performance
Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
