Sales Head

We are looking for a SALES HEAD who will manage the sales department, developing sales plans, and ensuring the team's overall success. This position involves a high level of leadership and strategic thinking, requiring the ability to make sound decisions that align with the company's goals and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• He will be responsible for creating strategies that align with a company's goals and objectives. This includes identifying potential new markets and opportunities, analyzing trends and data and creating sales plans to increase revenue.
• Setting targets for their team and monitors their performance to ensure they achieve their goals. This includes analyzing sales data, providing regular feedback to the team and making necessary plan adjustments.
• Responsible for managing the entire North East Region.
• Motivating their team to achieve their goals and also provide support and create a positive environment that foster teamwork & collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must have an experience of 6-10 years.
• Excellent leadership & communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel.
• He must have strategic thinker and possess strong analytical skills.
• Candidates from iron & steel industry are preferred.
