The Job

Key Responsibilities:

- Make daily outbound calls to new leads generated through various channels.

- Follow up consistently with previous leads to nurture interest and drive conversions.

- Maintain proper records of call outcomes and lead status in the CRM.

- Communicate product/service details clearly and professionally to potential clients.

- Coordinate with the sales or operations team to ensure smooth lead handover.

- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Ideal Candidate

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Jewellery industry.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
