The Job:
You will play a key role in generating leads, engaging potential buyers, and driving sales through proactive outbound calls. If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and an interest in real estate, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients via phone to introduce real estate projects and generate interest.
- Qualify leads and schedule property site visits or virtual consultations.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers by understanding their needs.
- Provide accurate information about property features, pricing, and financing options.
- Follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain an updated database of customer interactions and sales progress.
Ideal Candidate:
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- You have Good Communication Skills, Good at Tamil Speaking and Reading to effectively liaise with clients
- You are Ready to Learn
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player
