Innovation Lead - Digital

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Innovation Leadership

• Develop and execute a national innovation roadmap aligned with Sodexos global and regional strategies.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (IoT, AI, automation, sustainability tech) relevant to facilities management.
• Lead cross-functional innovation projects from ideation to implementation and scale-up.

Culture & Capability Building

• Champion a culture of innovation across Sodexo India through workshops, design sprints, and innovation labs.
• Collaborate with all the departments in Sodexo to embed innovation competencies across teams.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement

• Build strategic partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and technology providers.
• Represent Sodexo India in innovation forums, industry panels, and collaborative platforms.

Client-Centric Innovation

• Co-create solutions with key clients to address evolving workplace needs (e.g., hybrid work, wellness, ESG).
• Pilot and scale client-facing innovations that improve service delivery and user experience.

Performance & Impact Measurement

• Define KPIs to measure innovation success (ROI, adoption, sustainability impact).
• Report progress to senior leadership and global innovation teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Design Thinking, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in innovation, strategy, or digital transformation roles.
• Proven track record of leading innovation programs in large organizations or startups.
• Strong understanding of facilities management, workplace experience, or service industries
