About the Role :

As a Technical Product Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping our product strategy and execution.

Youll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer success, and marketing to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and customer needs.

What Youll Bring :

- Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of software development, APIs, data integration, or SDKs.

- Proven Experience : 6+ years in product management (preferably in SaaS).

- Programme Management : Strong background in leading complex, time-bound initiatives.

- AI Enthusiasm : Genuine interest in Generative AI technologies and applications.

- Barrier Breaker : Ability to proactively identify and remove constraints or blockers.

Key Responsibilities :

Understanding Customer Needs :

- Conduct discovery sessions and review product data and support tickets.

- Validate and prioritize product opportunities aligned with strategic goals.

- Partner with stakeholders to gather clear, actionable requirements.

- Collaborate with design to test and validate ideas before development.

Execution & Delivery :

- Lead fast-paced programs with clear goals and defined outputs.

- Translate customer needs into epics and user stories.

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure consistent delivery.

- Inspire cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work with Product Marketing to define the why and value behind each release.

- Support Customer Success in resolving product-related issues.

- Keep stakeholders informed of progress, key wins, and blockers.
