Manager - Sales - Staffing Solutions (3-5 yrs)

Role Overview

As a BDM, youll be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and aligning our staffing solutions with market demand.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and close new business opportunities in the IT staff augmentation space.

- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, HR heads, and decision-makers.

- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closures.

- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless onboarding and resource alignment.

- Track pipeline, leads, and sales activity using CRM tools.

- Meet and exceed individual and team-based revenue targets.

- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the IT staff augmentation industry.

- Strong understanding of hiring contract-based tech talent for global clients.

- Proven track record of lead generation, revenue growth, and client relationship management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation (preferred).
