Job Title: Senior Business Manager - GTM, Revenue & Growth

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer / Head of Strategy
Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Business Manager to lead our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, craft and execute revenue plans, and build cross-functional teams to drive growth.
The ideal candidate is experienced in driving results in digital-first environments and has a deep understanding of modern business models, with marketplace or platform-building experience being a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
GTM Strategy & Execution:
- Define and execute GTM strategies across new and existing offerings.
- Identify customer segments, define positioning, and lead cross-functional alignment for rollout.
- Drive market entry and expansion with structured experimentation and validation.
Revenue Planning & Acceleration:
- Own and deliver on revenue targets with clear, actionable plans.
- Analyze market and customer data to surface new opportunities.
- Continuously optimize the revenue funnel for growth and efficiency.
Sales Enablement & Playbooks (Hands-On):
- Create detailed sales playbooks: messaging frameworks, qualification criteria, objection handling, pricing, and pitch templates.
- Train and empower sales and business development teams with effective tools and processes.
- Implement structured onboarding and performance tracking systems.
Team Building & Leadership:
- Build and lead agile, high-performing teams across sales, partnerships, and customer success.
- Define org structures and hiring plans aligned to growth stages.
- Create a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
Digital Business & Marketplace Focus:
- Apply a strong understanding of digital business models and platform dynamics.
- Experience building or scaling digital marketplaces is a strong plus.
- Leverage digital tools and automation to scale operations and GTM efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies and drive execution.
- Act as a key business partner to senior leadership for strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in GTM, revenue, or business leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in building and executing sales playbooks.
- Strong understanding of digital business models; marketplace/platform experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to hire, build, and lead high-performance teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments is preferred.
- MBA or equivalent degree is a bonus.
