Role : UX Designer

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented UX Designer with 3 to 5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating user-centered designs in fast-paced environments such as product companies or agencies. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts clearly.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into elegant and functional design solutions.

- Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces that meet business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.

- Analyze user feedback and behavior analytics to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs accordingly.

- Advocate for best practices in UX design and usability throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and methodologies to continually improve design quality.

- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 to 5 years of UX design experience, preferably in product companies or fast-paced digital agencies.

- Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design and problem-solving.

- Solid understanding of UX principles, user research methodologies, interaction design, and information architecture.

- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus to better collaborate with developers.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate design decisions clearly.

- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.

- Experience conducting A/B testing and interpreting user analytics.

- Basic skills in motion design or animation.
