Position Overview :

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and visual design of our digital products, from concept to launch.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that solve real user problems and drive business value.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a proven ability to translate complex ideas into simple, elegant solutions.

Responsibilities :

User Research & Analysis :

- Conduct user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing, competitive analysis) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

- Analyze research findings to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Create user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps to represent user segments and their interactions.

Information Architecture & Interaction Design :

- Develop intuitive information architectures, user flows, sitemaps, and navigation structures.

- Design clear and efficient interaction patterns that guide users through the product seamlessly.

- Create wireframes (low-fidelity to high-fidelity) and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.

User Interface (UI) Design :

- Translate user experience concepts into compelling visual designs, including layouts, typography, color palettes, iconography, and imagery.

- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Collaboration & Communication :

- Collaborate closely with product managers to define product requirements, user stories, and design specifications.

- Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation of designs.

- Present design concepts, rationale, and prototypes to internal teams and stakeholders, effectively soliciting and incorporating feedback.

- Participate actively in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).

Iteration & Optimization :

- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and analytical data.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, continuously seeking ways to improve design processes and product quality.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of UI/UX design projects, including case studies that highlight your design process and problem-solving skills.

- 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.

- Proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.

- Experience with responsive design for various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand design feasibility and limitations
