Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients for relocation and mobility services.
  
• Conduct daily cold calling and follow-up calls to generate leads, set appointments, and pitch service offerings to prospective clients.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in HR, Admin, and Procurement departments.
  
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including prospecting, calling, meetings, proposals, and negotiations.
  
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  
• Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure timely and smooth service delivery.
  
• Provide regular sales forecasts, market insights, and competitor analysis.
  
• Represent the company at local industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/MBA preferred.
  
• 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in relocation services, logistics, hospitality, or mobility industry.
  
• Strong experience and confidence in cold calling, tele-sales, and client communication.
  
• Good local market knowledge of Pune and surrounding regions.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  
• Self-driven and target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
  

Preferred Background:

• Candidates with prior experience in relocation or international mobility services will be strongly preferred.
  
• Familiarity with B2B sales/corporate clients.
