Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services (Relocation, Fine Art Logistics, etc.)
- Identify customer needs and provide information about our offerings and solutions
- Generate and qualify leads to support the field sales team
- Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets
- Maintain records of calls and sales in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deal closure
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing (preferably in logistics or relocation industry)
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Graduate degree in any discipline
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling B2B services or working in a similar domain
- Good negotiation and persuasive skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach
