We are hiring for a Manager/Senior Manager - Bid Management. This is a 5 day work from home/remote opportunity with UK shifts(1 pm - 10 pm) shifts. Please see below the job description and qualifications required for the same.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFPs and Proposals: Using Loopio RFP automation, oversee the complete lifecycle of proposals from qualification, delivery, and presentation utilizing project management methodologies to direct deal teams and produce winning responses.
• Content Development: Edit and capture factual material based on input from subject matter experts, ensuring consistency and clarity throughout the document.
• Review and Edit Proposals: Conduct thorough reviews and edits of incoming proposal content and maintain and update the content using Loopio.
• RFI Management: Manage supplier registrations and early stage RFI responses, ensuring compliance and thoroughness.
• Research and Documentation: Execute ad-hoc research requests and document creation to support other bid management activities.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for proposal documents and process improvement, both short-term and long-term, and implement necessary actions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate multiple teams, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for translating technical input into clear, concise proposals.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital engineering and transformation concepts and the ability to understand and articulate technical aspects related to our digital engineering services.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and polished documents.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse, remote teams and stakeholders.
• Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work under pressure.

Experience

• 8+ years in bid management or a related field, preferably within Technology, digital transformation or engineering domain
• Loopio Proposal/RFP automation experience, or related platform
• Demonstrated success in managing RFPs and producing winning proposals.
• Experience working with subject matter experts to develop proposal content.
